(More customer reviews)I ordered this costume as a birthday gift. Luckily the birthday girl's mom opened the box ahead of time and saw the first costume was a cow instead of a lion. But once I contacted customer service, they took care of getting a new one to the birthday girl before her birthday and sent a label to return the cow costume. The birthday girl liked the lion costume, so all was good in the end.
