(More customer reviews)My daughter wore this for Halloween 2009. This costume is too cute! My Daughter loved this costume! I did have to starch the hat. It comes in a plastic bag packaging so the hat was really squished and had fold creases. A lot of starch and a cool iron (and a pillow case as a protector in-between) and the hat came out perfect! I also starched the bow to keep it from folding over and getting all twisted around. I bought knee high shiny black boots with heals to add to the costume and added for warmth. This costume was the hit of everywhere we went Trick-Or-Treating!
