If you are a man with a 34 waist the plug will be too big, but easy to take in and the the womens can fit almost any sized woman cause it is quite big,and also very easy to take in. The prongs on the plug were a little limp, but also easy to stuff and make firm. It is an easy costume to alter and it is a lot of fun.
