(More customer reviews)The costume is adorable! The wings velcro onto the back of the dress which is great. The hair peices are ponytail holders for kids with more hair. My 1 year doesnt have enough hair to keep them in. Which is fine. So i bought the headband instead that came with the wand, since this costume didnt come with a wand. The dress is very pretty though! The wings are very nice and soft. Nicer than the ones you can buy at Party City.
