(More customer reviews)The product was fine. However, I cannot rate the vendor as well as the merchendise. Shortly after ordering the costume we discovered we were going to be unable to use it. When I called to return it, I discovered that the return policy for this product did not permit a return. However, I asked to speak to a manager in order to request an exception since the costume was purchased for a fundraising event for a school library. This all occurred after Halloween. we were trying to return it since any expense would come out of the money we were trying to make for the school. I was shuffled through three operators only to be given the email for an individual who could supposedly make the final decision. It has been over a month and I have yet to here a response from them. I am not claiming they should have given me a return, I know I was requesting an exception to the rule. However, the lack of response speaks volumes about the management. At a minimum, you answer your customers email requests.
Very dissatisfied at the poor response from this vendor.
