(More customer reviews)This item fit me, barely...I'm about 6'2, 210lbs.
If you buy this, here are a few tips to make it a bit more authentic:
1. Buy it early enough so you can take it to an alterations place and have a yellow 1/2" trim placed around the inner part of the vest. Do a google search for "Cobra Kai" and you'll what I'm talking about. Without this, the costume is pretty worthless. It cost me $4 locally and totally made the costume.
2. Don't buy the Cobra Kai headband that Amazon suggests for you. If you watch the movie, you'll see that no one in the movie actually wears a head band that says "Cobra Kai" on it. The only person who wears a headband is Johnny (the main bad guy, blonde dude) and his is simply a plain black headband tied behind his head. I made the mistake of buying the headband for $15 and ended up folding it in half, covering the Cobra Kai emblem. I could have bought some black fabric for $1.50 and accomplished the same look or cut up an old t-shirt.
3. Get some patches for the pants if you want to go that extra mile and make this authentic. All the kids in the movie have merit patches starting from the bottom of one of the pant legs, single wide column, going up from the bottom.
4. I recommend the blonde surfer style wig if you're going for the Johnny Lawrence (bad Cobra Kai kid) look. I did this, and I was a hit.Hope this helps!
