There were two tacky seams on the inside, upper trim of one of the shoes (like they ran short and pieced it). By the time you pay for the type of shipping they require and the 15% restocking fee they charge, you might as well keep the shoe and cut your losses. All in all, this was just a sad little shoe and I will be a lot more careful when purchasing shoes online.
