(More customer reviews)I ordered this to avoid making the dress myself and also for the wig. It was very much worth it in that sense.
That said, (aside from the wig, which is VERY close to the film- I'm thrilled with it) the accessories aren't very flattering, so I had to use my own black glove, thigh-highs, and supply my own garter belt (the last of which did not come with the costume, but was present in the film, so I added it). The glove and the tights were far too tight for me, but I'm kinda beefy for a size medium, so maybe it's just me. The dress itself is very close to the original, and I'm pretty picky. If I had the time, I'd put a black bodysuit underneath it, but as it is, Halloween is almost here, and it's pretty snug to begin with. The fabric doesn't give at all, so make sure you get the right size. Felt true-to size to me, though, and I've got really broad shoulders, so I can forgive the difficulty I had getting it on at first. Comfortable enough once on, though.
