I bought it as a total gag since one of my coworkers had recently been the driver in a Pilot vs. 5-prong Buck accident. Dead buck and $6K+ in damage. I'll call that a push. At work gagging my coworker with this costume was a riot for everyone including the boss. The air is kept in by cinching a pull string at the waist/hip depending on where it falls on you. A few AA batteries and we were in business. There's a small fan built into the rear of the costume. I really doubted it would do the job, but it did and then some. It held the costume up just like in the picture and provided the side benefit of cooling me gently while I wore it. I could easily see forward out the neck but not really to the sides, nor did I expect to be able to. It has a handy small zipper in the front at your face height which made scratching the nose a breeze -- but do it fast because you start to deflate. The only minor complaint I can come up with is that the wwwhhhhiiiiiirrrrrrr of the motor in the fan grew somewhat annoying. Easy price to pay for a great office gag!
