(More customer reviews)I was pleasantly surprised when I received this costume for my 6 year old son. From the price, I expected thin nylon material. The orange color in the photo was actually red, and it has a light-weight crushed velvet feel. The "chain mail" is gold netting over black material. The netting does catch and shred easily, but it worked great for halloween, and for when my son is pretending to be the High King Peter from Narnia. The foam boot covers are ok. Overall, it was better quality than expected and was worth it.
