(More customer reviews)This is definitely for a first birthday. It's a pretty small hat, but it is adorable. I used it for my little boy and he kept it on. It made for great photos. It's nice and soft and well made. The elastic band was snug enough to keep it on his head. Super cute for your little Winnie the Pooh.
