Add the round sunglasses and a plaid shirt with a t-shirt underneath and a pair of jeans and you've got an attention-grabbing costume. The hair is 100% synthetic, but the Howard Stern look is real. It can be washed and hang dried. This is one of my favorite Halloween costumes.
If you like simplicity in your Halloween costumes, then definitely consider the Howard Stern shock jock look. It's great for skits as well. Don't forget to play the part!
