DIRECTIONS: Spray hair in short bursts from about 10" away. Don't overspray in one spot. Instead, spray all over hair in short bursts. This spray will rinse out easily with shampoo. Avoid spraying in eyes. Not to be used on recently permed or dyed hair. Don't use heated rollers after spraying hair. Don't use on fine or light blonde hair.
Overall, this is a decent product.
