(More customer reviews)My nephew really enjoyed this penguin costume. He went trick or treating and got a lot of complements, and I think he called himself Happy Feet.
The costume itself felt like it was made of thin foam, with slits in the wings for hands to come through. I think it's meant to keep kids warm.
The feet were the only problem - they were too big for his shoes, and he kept tripping on them, or they would turn sideways or backwards when he walked, even when we fastened them tightly.
