(More customer reviews)We ordered size 3T for my 27 mth old daughter who is average size, and this just fits. It goes on over the head (open crotch snaps) and it was a stretch to get her arms/legs in. We ordered ours off a different website, and it has a button in one paw that makes mooing sounds. Really cute. We live in a cold climate, so with a pair of sweatshirt/pants underneath, she'll be warm enough. Not super thick material, but well made.
