(More customer reviews)The costume that arrived was the exact size I had expected and in great shape however the hat is very floppy which is hard to see in the image. I lined the inside of the hat with paper and then sewed a chin strap on it so it would stay on my sons head and be rigid. The outcome was great and we got a lot of compliments on how adorable he looked.
