(More customer reviews)Overall, this is well made and quite soft. It does have arm holes so that you can keep the cloak warm around your arms. It has a "collar" of sorts that you cannot see in the photo, I'm not sure if I like it or not. In addition, I'm 5'5 and the cloak is the exact length as shown in the photo. Just short of the ground by maybe 2 inches. I was hoping it would be touching the ground, oh well. I have the black one, but the wine colored one looks pretty too. Overall, I would recommend it for costume or mild weather. It's not thick enough to shield you from very cold weather.
