The hat fits nicely over his ears so it does not put pressure on his ears at all. He loves it. When we took him into the dark, After charging the suit with light. He was glowing! he was wiggling everywhere so it was adorable, the whole family loved it. And i can't wait untill Halloween comes to enter him in the costume contests! This is a great outfit, and i am sure it will also keep my boxer warm on a cool night.
