(More customer reviews)While I did not receive the beard in the mail on time, the product itself was just fine. What I wanted to comment on was the company's superb customer. I initially submitted a review where I was frustrated with not receiving the beard in time for my son's play. The company went out of their way to make amends--even though the mail service is not their responsibility. They sent an email to me and then followed up with a personal phone call to inform me they were refunding me my money for the troubles. It's this type of excellent customer service that makes consumers want to keep doing business with companies like this! Thanks again.
