I assumed incorrectly I would receive a costume with the headdress. The title posted on Amazon states: Adult Women's Full Indian Costume Headdress. The word "full" led me to believe I was receiving a full costume so it appears I misunderstood what I was ordering. The headdress itself is adorable and well-made.
