(More customer reviews)I never received this gown...I was shipped something completely different. The reason why Im rating this 5 stars is for the Customer Service. I was very upset since I needed this for a party the day after receiving the wrong package. I emailed the company and within 1 hour the owner had called me to apologize. She was very professional and sincere....you don't get customer service like that anymore. I would have loved to have had the dress...but I found a different one less expensive in time and my faith in good customer service has been restored.
