(More customer reviews)I bought this outfit to wear to a Halloween party. It fit well enough. The skirt was a little short, so I had to wear something underneath it. Also, there is a webbing in the shoulders to make the dress puffy and that webbing is very scratchy! I was going to cover it with fabric, but ran out of time to do so. It didn't bother me too much throughout the evening, but it scratched my arms a little bit.
