Customer service was very responsive and shipped it the next day, overnight delivery. Cute hat, fits adults fine. Lightweight but reasonable quality felt. For our purposes, I steamed wrinkles out and cut-and-taped poster board into a cylinder to fit inside the top. As a kids' party hat, it would be fine without the touchups. Really cute!
