You can stuff the top with tissue paper or even papertowels worked. I think the cutest compliments to the outfit would be black tights and some black high-top chuck taylors. It was very easy to wear around, when you feel like taking a break...the top can slide back kind of like a hoodie sweatshirt and so you don't have to keep the top part on all night.
