(More customer reviews)The product itself is very good. I had to use it for a costume and it's much fluffier and bigger than I expected, perfect for my needs. It smelled pretty bad when I took it out of the package, but airing it out and putting some perfume on it helped.
Unfortunately, the product does shed feathers quite often. It doesn't seem to affect the quality of the boa, but wherever I went in my costume there were copious amounts of feathers trailing my path.
The shipping, on the other hand, was horrible. I recieved no confirmation e-mail and I was unable to contact the sender. Thankfully it got to my house before I had to wear my costume, but the shipping estimation said it would get there after. Shipping is not very good or very reliable. It almost seems like they overshoot the shipping estimation to seem like the product gets their faster and more efficiently, when in reality it doesn't.
If you're buying anything from them, just have a big time buffer, and don't freak out about the confirmation e-mails.
