(More customer reviews)at first there were a few issues with the product i received. then i was fortunate enough to meet (thru email) Dorthy, a customer service rep who did everything she could to make things right with patience, professionalism and courtsey. She made me feel like she actually cared. High Five Ms. D!!! Private Island is a new company, no one runs before they walk.
