(More customer reviews)On my first review, I said that I had to replace the hood because on the picture it looked attached to the shirt. However, it was a separate piece and was too short, therefore I gave the company an 'Ok' rating. They contacted me immediately, and asked if they could refund my money, or pay the amount I paid for the new hood I bought, in order to make me happy! I said it was okay, and that the amount for the new hood was only $5. I was very impressed with this company and their concern with my happiness. They gave me a credit for the $5! I would definitely order again from them!!
