(More customer reviews)This past Christmas when I was shopping for swords for my 2 and 3 year old boys, I was looking for something that would last and not break a week after use. All 3 of my boys (including their 9 year-old brother) are very physical and will swing anything that remotely looks like a sword. We've gone through many of them, including light sabers, nerf swords, cheap foam swords, you name it! They either broke quickly or proved to not be safe for the little guys. Anyway, this sword was perfect for them. They're soft enough to not hurt the boys when they swing hard or land in the wrong place, but not so soft that they would give up because the swords were useless. My boys play with these for hours and it's a complete source of amusement for all of us. Better yet, 5 months later they are still good as new.
