(More customer reviews)My daughter wore this at 18 months (29 inches and 28 pounds) - it hung down to her knees, but it made it even more cute! She wore it again at 2-1/2 (34 inches and 31 pounds) and it fit perfectly with plenty of room in the body. If she doesn't get much taller she might even wear it again next Halloween! It is very well made, very sturdy, and super cute. Just needs a black tshirt and tights.
