Hidan's Headband is the "Anti/Banished Village Hidden in the Hot Springs" / "Anti/Banished Village Hidden in the Hot Water". [Depending on Translation]
Don't be fooled by the name, it's Hidan's not Pein's and it's Hot Spring not Rain.
If you don't believe me, compare the image of the Item to an image of Hidan and an Image of Pein/Pain.
I didn't buy this product but I have nearly all of the headbands.
