You see, I'm a bit "challenged" in the facial hair department, and have always been jealous of people with the cool goatees and beards. And the guys at work always teased me about how I never had a goatee, or even a mustache.
But that all changed when I came into the office with my authentic "Homie Goatee!" The guys were shocked to see that I suddenly had the best goatee in the whole Account Services department. Todd over in Accounts Payable even dropped his coffee mug when I asked for the weekly cost reports. He knew I had him beat in the goatee department! My goatee was a very high quality product and held up strong when Todd and Brian tried to tug on it. They could not believe that I grew such a great goatee so quickly. Little did they know, the joke was on them!
I could tell the ladies were impressed with my goatee, too. There was no hiding the smiles on their faces. Some of them even giggled and pointed their fingers to me so I could tell they were flirting. It was nice to get some positive feedback from those women after last year's Christmas Party fiasco. Maybe they can finally call me something besides "Señor Soggypants" in the hallways now!
After a few days of wearing the "Homie Goatee" to work, I realized that it looked fine even without the bandanna and eye makeup. Which was a good thing, since the Accounts VP was really starting to ride my tail about that. Since the Goatee holds up well to repeated wearings, I'm gonna keep on using it!
Overall, it is a great product that has some PROS and CONS:
PROS:
- A "realistic feel" to it
- A better overall "look" than using duct tape and dog hair
- Not made from dog hair
- Blows gently in the wind
CONS:
- Does not respond well to repeated pulling
- Ex-wife will still recognize you when she comes looking for the child support
- Does not match Viking-themed mustaches
- Must be dry-cleaned only
So, to all of you Amazon people out there, I say "keep your chin up" and get one of these goatees for yourselves!
