I wore white panty hose and just grabbed a scarf of red/white/blue I had in my clothes selection. One can not bend over too much or else you will expose your behind (: I ordered a medium. I am 5'4 1/12", 129-132 lbs. I have short hair and wear glasses and am over 55 yrs old.
