(More customer reviews)My little Havanese pup is about 8-8 1/2 pounds and she looks adorable in this costume! Since it goes around her body, and not over her head she doesn't seem to mind it so much, and it helps make a better fit, too. The ball and chain is so cute (though too big for her leg!) and the hat is adorable. The price was wonderful, too.
