(More customer reviews)The Quality of this product cannot be overstated ... it was heavy duty, realistic, and with elastic band in hat bad fit great and allowed me to wear it in a tilted back position ... I wear an extra large hat but this would fit small heads equally well. Was the Hit at Halloween and really set off the Jack Sparrow look. Shipping was superfast ... similar to all my Amazon purchases. I would recommend this to any Adult looking for the "right" Pirate look.
