It's about the size of an adult human brain, maybe a little smaller (depends on the adult human, I suppose). Under normal light, it's actually pink with red detailing, but it does glow a nice, eerie green in the dark or under a black light. The phosphorescent paint is applied a little unevenly, and only on the top and sides.
It's constructed of PVC vinyl, so it's a little squishy, but would still leave a mark if you hit someone with it (not that I'm advocating such behavior). Might distract a particularly dim group of zombies if you threw it at them; but they're zombies, so I guess that would be okay.
All in all, it's a good brain. Not Einstein good, but good enough.
