(More customer reviews)Product was great, nephew loved it, but Amazon screwed up the order and wouldn't take care of the problem, insisting I had to call the distributor, which was thoroughly unhelpful, seeing as it was Amazon's mistake. Luckily the third-party distributor was more professional than Amazon by leaps and bounds and got the problem sorted out - the problem that Amazon created. This is not the first time Amazon has caused problems and not done anything. I am still, for instance, waiting for a response to the e-mail I sent in December of 2009 about my purchase of a DVD/blueray player. Don't suppose you want to get around to finally answering that one?
