(More customer reviews)This costume is really cute and the picture is accurate. There is a little detachable via velcro rubber skull "broach" on the front of the dress. The boot covers are shiny black plastic and matched my daughter's shiny black boots perfectly. The headscarf has a bit of elastic in it so that it stays on the head. The red petal things around the dress are shiny and the striped black and white part is a bit sheer. It looks like it will hold up for a halloween party and some pretend play later on.
This does seem to run small. When I saw that I had received a 3T I was a bit disappointed and figured I'd need to alter it for my daughter. She is 1 month shy of 3 years old and a bit small for her age (don't have her exact measurements, but she wears 2T pants at The Children's Place and Old Navy). However when she tried the costume on, it fit her perfectly. So if your kid is big for their age, I'd order a larger size.
Overall a cute little costume...is definitely for petite girls (which I'm grateful for). My daughter was beaming in it and is looking forward to wearing it out.
