This plus size costume though fits a true women's size 14, I don't think there is anyway that a woman who wears an 18-22 could wear this costume. I didn't like the mask, it was uncomfortable, so I just bought a more comfortable mask, but other than that the costume is fabulous, and the thigh high boot coverups, wow, very sexy. I haven't wore my costume yet, just tried it on, but I have a feeling that they may slide down alot, especially if you're dancing, but the costume is awesome looking, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I can't wait to go to my Halloween costume party!
