(More customer reviews)If you go to raves in New York City, you've probably seen me. I'm the guy who always comes as some kind of glowing stick figure. Well, i used this kit as my first costume to start out. It is amazing! You get more than enough glowstick connectors with safety pin attachments (i'd guess about 50, whereas only 20-25 are needed to make the full costume). These can be re-used every time. I'd end up breaking 1 or 2 per week, but still that means a few months before you might have to buy more. I'm just under 6 feet tall, and 210 pounds, and the black suit fit me just fine.
One thing to be careful about: The connectors are just a little bit thinner than the typical glowsticks you might buy in a store. You can only use these connectors with USGlow glowsticks, because they have thinner, rounded ends that fit these connectors. I learned this the hard way when i tried to use my bulk glowsticks from another company with my kit...it took me 20 minutes to squeeze the glowsticks into the connectors, and my thumbs were killing me by the end! Luckily, GlowGranny has the best prices when it comes to glowsticks, and they happen to sell USGlow, so it works out! If i figure out how, i will post a couple pictures comparing USGlow glowsticks to the other brands so you can see the difference in the ends.
All in all, a very unique item, sure to get plenty of attention if you wear it to a party or for halloween!
