(More customer reviews)I bought this for my daughter to wear for Halloween last year when she was 16 months old. I bought the "1-2" size, and it was definitely on the long side for her (and she's on the tall side), but there is elastic in the bottom hem of the pant legs, so tripping over long pants wasn't an issue, b/c the elastic kept them well above her shoes. I had to sew a piece of black elastic on the hat to use as a chin strap. Without it, the hat wouldn't have stayed on for a second. Cute costume overall.
