The large fit my slim 11 year old son and looks great! He is using it for a history project about Benedict Arnold. The pants, shirt, and coat fit well and the sash completely covers the elastic waistband.
Would be perfect if it came with socks/shoes as no 11 year old is going to have something that is period-appropriate, but hey. He will look great from the knees up.
