(More customer reviews)I really did like the costume besides two factors: I'm black, which made EVERYONE assume that I was Whoopie Goldberg from Sister Act (not to mention that fact that I have dreads!!) even though I don't remember Whoopie wearing a VINYL nun suit, but whatever! That's not a negative on the costume, I just happen to think I was picking a pretty cool outfit and got this backlash because of the coincidence. Secondly, the weather in South Florida is unforgiving for wearing vinyl, even in late October, so unless you're somewhere cool or blasting A/C, it may not be an ideal outfit. Overall, I loved the idea behind being a dominatrix-looking nun out with my friends on Halloween drinking excessively and smoking cigarettes. I bought a whip that really helped bring the costume together, and aside from needing to take in the costume for being too big (I JUST reached the plus size category and didn't want to take the chance of getting a regular), it was great. I even cut the slits up a little higher and wore fishnet stockings and a garter to skank it up a little. Everyone wanted me to take a picture of me whipping them or bending them over! lol. Anyhoo, if you know a good taylor and you think you may be slightly less able to fit a regular size, DON'T take the chance of getting a regular, because remember, it is vinyl, so there's very little room for stretching. Needless to say, cool costume, but I can never wear it again unfortunately!
