(More customer reviews)I currently own 4 out of the 6 available "Master Class" DVD (Vol.s 1,2,5 & 6) and I love them and have watched them all several times.
As someone who has always been a visual learner these DVD's are invaluable, as great as all the books are sometimes it is just easier and better to SEE someone perform a certain technique and this DVD has 4 excellent demonstrations including:
Tubing effects - How to attach different types of tubing for smoke and blood under an appliance.
Drowning makeup - How to apply a gelatin appliance for a bloated corpse effect.
Slipcast appliances part 1 - How to sculpt, mold and cast a latex "Leprosy" facial appliance.
Slipcast appliances part 2 - How to apply, and paint the latex "Leprosy" appliance.
Presented by funny and sometimes scary professionals with years of TV and Movie experience, these in depth tutorials show you step by step how to do everything including tips on what NOT to do. An affordable addition to anyone's library, excellent for young and old alike. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the first two volumes had 6 (shorter) tutorials each.
