This red cream makeup is perfect for when you want to go out for Halloween as The Joker or anything that requires some red makeup, such as a clown. I dress up as the Jack Nicholson Joker (purple gambler hat and all), so I use this red cream makeup around my mouth, but I prefer and use the Cesar Romero pattern as far as the mouth makeup goes. I apply it with a Q-Tip very carefully, and apply it in one take, because if you're not careful, you can smear it and it will turn orange when it blends in with your white face makeup. This red makeup has a tendency to stay on my face very faintly for at least one day after washing it off several times with soap and water, so it kind of stains the skin for a day no matter how many times I wash my face. It's kind of like having red Kool-Aid stains around your mouth, only fainter. The amount of time you have the makeup on (such as 12 hours) determines how much it will stain the skin. Plus, it might have something to do with it mixing with white makeup underneath. Obviously, this can only happen if you have light skin.
I don't mind walking around with a faint red smile on my face for a day. Put on a happy face! Use this makeup.
