(More customer reviews)I bought this for a friend of mine. He's been wearing hats like this for over 20 years to protect him from the sun. It's light-weight, cool, comfortable and durable, as long as you don't dunk it in water, then it loses its shape. Caretakers at the San Diego Zoo used to wear these hats, and perhaps they still do (I haven't been there in a while). If you're bold enough to look like "Out of Africa" instead of "Joe Baseball," you might enjoy owning one of these hats.
