(More customer reviews)The attached "petticoat" is way too long. It extends about 6 inches below the actual dress itself, and it doesn't really add any volume. The dress itself is flaired out to give an illusion of larger hips. Otherwise, the costume is cute and well made. The headpiece is just a string with lace that you tie around your head. Also the white part near the breasts looks a little awkward, and isn't nearly as flattering as the picture shows. It's comfortable enough to wear as a costume.
