(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 3 year old daughter who is very petite and was nervous about the size saying 2/4. It worked well for her petite build and I'd say it was closer to a 2/3 than a 4 (luckily). Her costume was a big hit for Halloween and she enjoyed being a witch very much - and mommy enjoyed that it was a "pretty witch" costume.
