(More customer reviews)I don't know if the first reviewer usually buys her kids theatre quality halloween costumes but this costume is made of the same material as most (if not every) usual costumes for kids. I love it! Its a one peice with snaps in the legs for diaper changing and the bandana is velvet with a comfortable elastic to keep it in place. Very convenient! The arms are a satiny material and lace on the cuffs. Belt is also attached to the costume and secured with velcro in the back. Lots of compliments!
